Florian has built the design side of design systems for over a decade, inside big European companies. At BSH he ran one token system across a 14-brand portfolio (Bosch, Siemens and Gaggenau among them) and took design-code parity from ~10% to ~99%. He runs the Figma side of every Install himself.

Sascha ships the code: production component libraries, the pipelines that keep design and code in sync, tests and CI, and the constraint framework — rules files, a design-system MCP server and CI gates — that gets Cursor, Claude Code and Codex following the system instead of inventing their own patterns.
